February 5th, 2019

More often than not, it can be difficult to go out and about to places that are dog friendly. Luckily, there are tons of unique places near AV8 that are very welcoming to your furry friends.

Dog Friendly Dining

Backyard Kitchen and Tap is a great dog friendly restaurant.

Herb & Eatery

That’s right! Just across the street from us at Herb & Eatery are delicious dog treats from Executive Pastry Chef Adrian Mendoza. Two different treats are on the menu for your furry friend with different ingredients. Some include peanut butter, short rib, and bone broth.

The Courtyard

Over in East Village is The Quartyard. This community park includes a beer bar, a coffee shop, and an off-leash dog run! They even host a dog donut bar called Traci’s Paws Doggies & Donuts. The next one is happening this Saturday, February 9th from 9 AM to 11 AM.

The Wine Pub

Who says happy hours are just for humans? Over in Point Loma is The Wine Pub which has the perfect dog friendly patio for you and your pup. They even have their own homemade K-9 menu.

Backyard Kitchen & Tap

Last up on our pup friendly restaurants is Backyard Kitchen & Tap in Pacific Beach. They make their own in house dog treats and have quarterly adoption parties as well.

Pet Boutiques

Bring your dog to Petco Park!

It is important to be in the know on the latest puppy boutiques.

Urban Wolf

First up is Urban Wolf in East Village. One thing to love about this spot is that all their products are organic.

Petco Park’s Backyard

Then we have Petco Park. It should not come as a surprise that our very own Petco Park is dog friendly. It includes doggy viewing booths, a pet relief area, complimentary treats, and so much more.

Dog Fitness

You can do doga with your dog.

Last up, we have a variety of unique ways to stay fit with your dog.

From dog yoga to pet boutiques, you and your dog are bound to have tons of fun in San Diego.
